• 6 months to 1 year prior work experience in any of the following functional role :  Telemarketing, outbound BPO process (international), Business Development, Sales, Customer Relationship, Admin, etc. is appreciable

Remuneration : Rs.1,20,000/- to 1,80,000/- PA plus Incentives .

Job Description of HR Recruiter

1. Understand the client profile, job description, criteria and nitty-gritty for validation and implementation
2. Identify the tools like LinkedIn, CSM, Resdex, Database and portals to source the profiles
3. Scrutinize the profiles thoroughly before recommending them for client 
4. Extract adequate & relevant details from talents which is required for the Task assigned
5. Update and Follow up the talents with interview schedule alongside sharing clear JD and interview call letter
6. Generate references from all the leads contacted
7. Maintain good MIS and utilize them effectively.
8. Submit all relevant reports and update formats while sharing / mobilizing profiles on day to day basis.
9. Contribute value in group meetings meant for strategy discussion.
10. Reflect your ownership on all activities through involvement, innovation and commitment
    Consistency, Goal Orientation, Never Give up Attitude and Creative Solutions are the attributes expected out of you.
11. To educate / prepare the talents towards excellence in the interview scheduled by share crucial inputs.
12. coordinate to submit all necessary documents for successful induction
13. Negotiation of Salary, joining date and designation in flawless process is crucial
14. Regular follow up and counseling till the guarantee period is competed
