We are Hiring for "HR Executive" | Walk in Interview 26th Dec to 30th Dec

Exp: 1- 5 Years 

Responsibilities :

1. Handling end to end Recruitment Process.

2. Using various modes of sourcing like Job Portals, Internal Portal, References, conducting walk-in interviews in short listing the right candidate as per the requirement.

3. Utilize multiple techniques to source candidates. These techniques include, but are not limited to, cold calling, referrals, job boards, professional associations, etc.


4. Interacting with candidates and screening them as per eligibility criteria.

5. Scheduling shortlisted candidates for Interview and coordinating for further Recruitment Process.

6. Maintaining candidate Database and MIS Reports Business Unit wise.

7. Perform a high number of cold calls (phone) to develop leads with candidate prospectsEffectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.

8. Interview candidates to identify skills and criteria for their job search and determine "fit" opportunities.

9. Be flexible to stretch beyond working hours on an as-needed basis
