Job Description:

• End To End Recruitment.
• Good knowledge in job Portal.
• Short listing of the profiles from team, interview scheduling, and coordination for the interview.
• Requirement gathering - Sourcing - Short listing profiles - calling and screening - scheduling and coordinating interviews with interview panel - salary negotiating - follow up till the candidate joins the organization
• Sourcing and headhunting profiles from job portals, social networking sites, Linkedin, referrals, etc

Desired Profile:

• Should be Flexible.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.

Walk in Interview Time and Venue : 26th December - 29th December , 10 AM on wards
