JD for Technology Analyst (JL-4A), Delivery Stream

Qualification/Experience

1. BE/B.Tech/MCA
2. Min 4 years / Max 6 years of experience in web application development with primary focus on .Net, SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies. Should be proficient in these technologies

Responsibilities / Mandatory

1. Should have handled at least 2 full cycle projects, starting from requirements analysis to production deployment and ongoing support
2. Should have strong troubleshooting skills with focus on application performance optimization
3. Should be able to coordinate and execute all day-to-day project activities and report on end-to-end project status to management
4. Ability to lead team of freshers and provide technical guidance
5. Should have good communication skills (both verbal and written).
6. Should have handled teams of at least 3-4 people with varying proficiency levels and should demonstrate strong mentoring capabilities
7. Work with APM / PM in project planning and ensure smooth and timely execution

Skills Required

1. Good team management skills able to build and mentor the team
2. Should be strong on the above mentioned technologies
3. Prior project / module implementation experience is a must
4. Must have lead at least a team of 3 5 people

Nice to have
1. Has handled production support projects with a strong focus support SLAs.
2. Has been part of product implementation which requires understanding client requirements, performing fit-gap analysis and executing the project successfully by a combination of configuration of base features, customization and new development
3. Has been part of core teams that have implemented projects in the any of the following domains Business Process Management, Finance & Accounting, ITIL framework, Customer Service Management.
