BPO/ bulk hiring and Non IT Hiring experience is preferable Use Internal hiring tools like Employee Reference, Internal Job Posting and Internal Transfer & External hiring tools like Job portals, and HR consultancies NOTE - The role will be 80% recruitment and 20% generalist. Candidates with less recruitment experience, kindly do not apply. Candidate Requirement: Graduate with minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR function majorly in talent acquisition and HR operations.
