Any graduate having relevant experience or fresher with good communication skills(Preferred B-tech and B.com computers).
Anyone having customer service experience would be preferred.
Candidate should have basic sales knowledge.
Candidate should have sound technical knowledge.
Respond to inbound customer queries over the phone or e-mail by escalating product bugs.
Provide phone support or troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
Must have analytical bent of mind with customer centric approach.
Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills.
Respond to customer query and escalations.
Voice support to customer to reduce issues.
Remuneration revised up-to 2.4 LPA.
Candidate should be flexible to work in night shift.
