Role Description: Business Development/ Inside Sales specialist

Job Location: Delhi


Responsibilities :
Generate leads at CXO level in the US and Canada Region for Outsourced Product Engineering Services through Cold Calling, Emailing, Using Business Networking Sites and Social Media.
Identify prospective customers in various verticals through secondary and primary research by using online databases
Responsible for handling US in terms of lead generation, market research and would also be responsible for coordination, planning and execution of campaigns along with sales.
Proactively monitor market and industry trends and competition strategies to identify market development opportunities
Collaborate with Sales/Presales team to exchange information on markets/leads/prospects
Connect to CXOs of target companies to understand their pain areas and suggest how Newgen services could solve their problems.
Understand and design appropriate functional pitch/mailers to the CXOs for the focused segments
Capable on using CRM system for day to day tracking of activities and sales pipeline .

Experience 1 to 4 Years

Qualification 
Preferably B.Tech / B.E. +M.B.A. or B.Tech /B.E./ M.B.A. from reputed institutes (60% throughout academics) .

Desired Candidate Profile: 
Should have 1 to 4 years of experience in generating leads for Outsourced Software Product Engineering Services
Must be working for North American or European Market (US, Canada OR UK)
Should have experience of doing cold calling, email campaigns, data mining & database preparation using different tools
Should have experience of working on LinkedIn to generateleads Should have knowledge of Databases like ZoomInfo, Jigsaw, Hoovers etc.
Must have excellent communication skills

Willing to work in US Shift (2 - 11 PM).
