General KRAs 

• Take the lead to complete all the accounting transactions on time. 
• Monitor and analyze various tasks to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues 
• Respond to inquiries from the CFO ,FC and other seniors regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like. 
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow. 
• Work with effectiveness to achieve desired goals and objectives ,monitor and advise on the progress of company policies and objectives 

Important KRAs 

• Assist in timely reporting of all monthly financial information by 5th to 10th of the following month for all the overseas subsidiaries 
• Assist in accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes.
• General KRAs Take the lead to complete all the accounting transactions on time. Monitor and analyze various tasks to develop more efficient procedures and use of resourcWork with the retained Statutory Internal audit firms to ensure a clean and timely audit process
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met .
• Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses coordinating the collection, consolidation, and
• evaluation of financial data.
• Ensure proper and accurate accounting of Export Sales, Export related MIS and related activities
• Ensure proper and accurate accounting of Fixed Assets acquisitions and updation of FAR on timely basis
• Detailed understanding of the Fixed Assets acquired with all the relevant supporting
• Timely and accurtae provisioning of expenses with absolutely NO SURPRISES at all.
• Updation of Domestic Branch accounts , in situations of manpower crunch in the company
• Monitoring quality of work to confirm organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.
• Ensure proper and timely compliances to various international laws , as applicable , to our company subsidiaries
• Ensure NO LAPSES or serious issues take place in overseas subsidiaries
• Timely Reconciliation and accounting of Domestic and Overseas Branches
