- As our new Lead Technical Designer - Workplace (Bengaluru), you will be responsible for technical documentation deliverables of Corporate Interior projects in the Bangalore studio
Responsibilities
- Coordination of overall workflow, drawing production, submission and data control.
- Develop, implement and maintain CAD / BIM standards, specifications and procedures.
- Execution of quality reviews and manages design consultant, stakeholder drawings. Planning and distributing CAD / BIM work to team.
- Provide required training for the staff to meet the quality standards.
- Fixing CAD & BIM related issues and develop automated programs, plans, procedures.
- Responsible for project coordination and administration.
- Ensure that quality of work is consistent with design and construction documents as well as professional standards.
Desired Skills and Experience
- This position requires leadership skills, creative ability, detail orientation, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Criteria
- At least 8+ years of work experience
- Experience in Corporate/Office Interiors projects is required
- Experience in team management
- Good communication skills
- Education and training
- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in architecture
- Thorough understanding of CAD Standards
- Specialised software knowledge: AutoCAD and REVIT application design skills. Working knowledge of, BIM & CAD utility software packages.
