Brief description :

• Liaise with design department to obtain clear specifications &  Create detailed CAD drawings
• Support the design department with necessary drawings from concept to handover.
• Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
• Work with project teams in real time, sharing and updating information.
• Continuously look for and suggest ways to improve the process
• Other duties requested by management in support of the CAD Drawings

Preferred skills

• B.Tech / BE / Diploma Civil / Architecture with CAD Specialization.
• Minimum 2 years of referable experience in the similar field.
• Attention to detail is a MUST.
• Prefer candidates with experience in the latest AutoCAD, Revit Architecture & 3ds Max.

• As our new Lead Technical Designer - Workplace (Bengaluru), you will be responsible for technical documentation deliverables of Corporate Interior projects in the Bangalore studio

Responsibilities

• Coordination of overall workflow, drawing production, submission and data control.
• Develop, implement and maintain CAD / BIM standards, specifications and procedures.
• Execution of quality reviews and manages design consultant, stakeholder drawings. Planning and distributing CAD / BIM work to team.  
• Provide required training for the staff to meet the quality standards.
• Fixing CAD & BIM related issues and develop automated programs, plans, procedures.
• Responsible for project coordination and administration.
• Ensure that quality of work is consistent with design and construction documents as well as professional standards.

• This position requires leadership skills, creative ability, detail orientation, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Criteria

• At least 8+ years of work experience
• Experience in Corporate/Office Interiors projects is required
• Experience in team management

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in architecture
• Thorough understanding of CAD Standards
• Specialised software knowledge: AutoCAD and REVIT application design skills. Working knowledge of, BIM & CAD utility software packages.
