Business Development Executive

We are looking for motivated people who can take the responsibilities for prospecting, identifying and reaching out to the potential leads as well as converting them into customers. The position will involve deal making skills including strategic consulting, identifying and driving new business opportunities, pricing and negotiations, propose solutions to prospective clients. The ideal person for this role is a business development professional with proven track record in business development and pre-sales activities in IT/software firms.

Brief description :

Role & Responsibilities: 

  •  Expanding IT sales opportunities in US, Middle East, Asia Pacific regions. 
  • Ability to convert the potential leads into clients through cold calling.
  • Involved in Pre-sales activities such as identifying and targeting the high potential prospects through cold calling / email campaigns / webcasts to generate leads from different verticals. 
  • Identifying target customer segment and promoting our various services and products to them
  • Generating an achievable pipeline and hot prospects with the given targets. 
  • Managing client relationships and service levels. 
  • Identify new opportunities and proactively drive business development activities 

 Skills Required: 

  •  Minimum 6 months experience in international outbound voice process is mandatory
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in working for a reputed global IT/Software firm is preferred
  • Experience in handling clients from US market will be given more preference
  • Experience in the business development of Software Projects, Applications Support, other IT functional areas, IT Security, Mobile Applications/ Solutions, Cloud Services to multiple Industry verticals.
  • Intellectual curiosity with the desire to learn and grow. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
