LOCATION:
CORPORATE OFFICE, CHENNAI (Must be a Localite)
EXPERIENCE – 10 – 15 Years
PACKAGE – 15 Lacs – 20 Lacs
Requirements
MBA – HR or MSW – HR (First class throughout academic without any arrears history from 10th till PG).
15 years + of experience in IT Industry with good exposure to Talent Acquisition, Policy Management, HR Operations would be preferred
Manage the recruitment and selection process for Ramco Industrial and Technologies Services Limited – IT Projects.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
