Years of exp - 4-7 Years. Handling/Building/Configuring/Administration of Windows (2003,2008,2012 and 2016) Servers. Excellent knowledge and Hands-on on AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management, IIS, NPS..etc Experience in administering and Troubleshooting the Microsoft Exchange 2013 and O365. Excellent knowledge and Hands-on on VMware infrastructure (6.x) including vCenter, HA, DRS, Licensing.... etc. Experience in performing/Configuring motion, P2V and V2V. Should have the Hands-On experience on Citrix infrastructure management with Netscalar. Excellent knowledge on Maintaining the Physical Servers and other Hardware devices. Good Hands-on on SCCM Management (Patching, Software Deployments, Application Packaging...etc). Good knowledge on External DNS and External Spam filter. Contacting the vendors to raise the service requests and doing the follow ups until it's closure. Intune Management and Experience in Service Now are added advantages.  VMware design ,architecture and implementation experience is Primary requirement. Should be an expert in handling high critical Production Incidents with multiple stakeholder communications. Good working knowledge of VMware ESX/ESXi Servers (4.x; 5.x; 6.x). troubleshooting skill at ESX/ESXi level (Command Line); logs analysis. Good working knowledge of HA & DRS Cluster,vCenter servers Hand on experience in Memory Management Techniques; Snapshot; Cloning; Templates. Able to configure manage standard and distributed switches. Basic Knowledge of SAN storage and storage ,file systems Good hands on experience on Enterprise class x86 servers (HP; IBM & CISCO; Blade servers. Experience in V2V; P2V and VMware virtual centre deployment & troubleshooting.
