Job Position:

• Technical Specialist

Job Details:

• Should have experience in AD and managed multisite AD environment spread geographically
• Strong  coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities
• Should be able to mentor and guide junior team members in the technology areas
• Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server 2008R2, Windows 7 and Windows 8 platforms
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policies and TCP/IP skills 
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance related activities
• Disaster Recovery and Incident Response Planning
• Should have good technical knowledge and experience in Office 365 and related technologies like ADFS, directly sync, PowerShell scripting, Office365 mail migration
• Strong knowledge of MS Exchange/Office 365 in an enterprise environment to perform backup and restore procedures, mail flow, transport rules and security
• Hands on experience on virtualization using Hyper-V, good understanding of VMWare
• Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodologies
• Should have experience in WSUS and centralize management of Anti-Virus system
• Knowledge in Information Security concepts aligning to ISO 27001 standards 
• Solve complex, non-routine problems and determine innovative solutions through cost/benefit analysis.
