In order to qualify this role, you must display the following:
Sales order/maintenance contract creation
Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders
Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA
MIS reporting as and when needed
Supports quote creation
Application of discounts on the quote
Proposal /contract package creation and order to upload.
Strong typing Skills: 25words per minute with 90%accuracy
