Job Description

Role: Senior Experience Designer

Years of Experience : 4+ Years

Location: Bangalore

We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer who has an eagerness to jump in and solve problems and a unique combination of Interaction design and ability in interface design. A talented designers who can quickly come up with game changing ideas for our products.
What we would like to see:

Design new products. Youll be responsible in guiding the creation process: conceiving features, iterating on prototypes, and crafting elegant solutions on the product. Youll focus on intuitive interactions, but youll also gain broad exposure to user research, branding, and systems thinking.

Put Users first. You will be crafting experiences that will help humans better collaborate and tell stories with their travel. Able to quickly come up with multiple design possibilities. Take it to the users quickly and test them out, Analyse data to make decisions.
Give redBus an identity.Youll have a unique opportunity to various team to enforce a consistent aesthetic and authentic voice across all our user touchpoint: UX, marketing pages, emails, and more.
Work closely with engineers. Push the boundaries of technical feasibility working with the teams; Youll work closely with engineers to stay aware of technical constraints (and new possibilities!).
Strong attention to detail. highly developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A self-starter who will bring original ideas and fresh approaches to each project they work on. Must be an ego-free, thick-skinned person who can take and give clear feedback.

What is the Job Requirements:

•  Strong visual and interaction design sense with atlas 4-5 year of industry work experience.
•  Experience with the end-to-end process of designing, shipping, and refining a product.
•  (Bonus) Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, so you can iterate on high-fidelity prototypes yourself.
