Responsibilities:
Lead and/or assist in analysis of complex business problems.
Develop work plans for individual tasks; and work with minimal direction.
Plan, prioritize, organize and implement related tasks based on individual recommendations under general direction.

Mandatory Skills Required: 
Excellent on Core Java (Multi-threading, Data Structures, Algorithms).
Experience in development of SOAP and REST web services.
Excellent understanding of Design Patterns.
Experience in SCRUM and Lean Methodologies.
Ability to combine judgment, experience, analytic skills, and business knowledge to make sound decisions.
Demonstrated proficiency in one or more product/technology of strategic importance to the company and be able to work independently.
