Creating and formulating innovative engagement models using existing resources / processes / digital tools 5. Understanding client’s ‘pain’ areas and creating business solutions and use cases for business integration 6. P&L creation and evaluation for the existing and upcoming accounts to ensure delivered EBIDTA 7. Support business development team for operational and engagement matrix to deliver 8. Actively contribute to business development activities through identification and reaching out to potential clients 9. Working as SME for the creation of operational workflow and smooth digital integration.
