Job Description :
* * 4 to 10 years Mechanical engineering design experience( Minimum 4 Years' Experience Must)
* Strong Design background and adequate manufacturing/product development exposure.
* Should be strong in modeling(Sheet metal and Solid modeling) and drawing creation skill using Solid works. (Minimum 3 years Exp)
* Good Experience in Sheet metal, Weldments for DFM
* Hands on experience in working on drive lines, engines etc..
* Excellent Knowledge in GDT Application and Best Practices( Should be able to decide the Tolerances based on form, fit and function)
* Should able to create Conceptual design & have good knowledge of manufacturing process.
* Good Experience in Manual Engineering Calculations for Structural members, Fasteners etc
* Basic Knowledge on selection of aggregates
* Exposure to Structural/Fabrication drawings(Welding symbols and Best Practices) and Applying GDT
* Knowledge of ANSI standards & AWS
* Engineering change management knowledge
* Creativity and innovative thinking
* Good English communication skill, both written and spoken;
* Good Presentation and interpersonal skills.
