HIRING: Program Manager - PMO (Only from Consumer Goods Industry)

Qualification:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. MS or MBA is preferred.
• New Product Development experience. 
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Management and Leadership role.
• Plans projects by studying market trends, competitive products, reviews of technology.
• Completes projects by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work.
• Maintains technical knowledge through continuous development by attending conferences, educational workshops, and pursuing certifications.
• Guides development of  technical project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
• Develops and maintains timing and action plan for projects of significant scope for self, team members and/or direct reports.
