Role:
Experience: 5 to 7 Yrs.
Education: Any Graduate or 3 Yrs. Diploma holder
Duties:
Installation and Roll out services on new servers/Networks.
Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on Servers. First level of support on all on premise Servers & vendor coordination for L2/L3 & Spares support
Server OS maintenance
Adding, modifying and deleting login scripts
Password control policy as per Ingenero s guidelines
User administration - creating, deleting and modifying user accounts as per defined processes
Server Virus Prevention, that is to ensure proper steps are taken for virus prevention and the virus prevention tool is loaded and is constantly updated against newer virus periodically as per IT policy
OS/User Administration basis the guidelines as received from MBL
Managing the AD / Domain / DHCP / File Server & Backup Server etc. as per permissions from Ingenero.
DNS, DHCP, Group policy & DC administration
RAID knowledge
Manage Routers/Switches & all network devices.
Hardware Fault diagnosis & isolation of Network devices/Firewall etc.
Hands on knowledge of Cyberom firewall.
Software inventory & license managing.
L1 Network designing & understanding of all network related issues.
Good communication skill.
Ownership & self-motivated.
