2. Senior Analyst – Build & Release
3 -6yrs of experience in Build & Release
Expertise in Automated Deploy Tools: Jenkins
Must have knowledge of Source Code Management: Subversion or Git or IBM Rational ClearCase or CVS.         

3. Senior Analyst –Windows Admin
3 to 8yrs of years Experience in Windows Server Administration – Windows Server infrastructure Projects/Support related roles
Datacentre migration & support related roles
Hands-on experience in Windows 2008R2/2012R2 -Install, Configure and Administer

4. Senior Analyst – Checkpoint Firewall
3- 6yrs of experience in Network Security, Checkpoint firewalls and Bluecoat Proxies and Internet technologies
Excellent knowledge of technology standards and the appropriate hardware and software for network security and firewall technology.
Preferably with the products of the manufacturers Bluecoat , Checkpoint, IBM/ISS, Tipping Point, Cisco ASA Firewall, RSA, McAfee and. Checkpoint and Bluecoat certification preferred Multicast, , DNS / DHCP, etc.)

5. Senior Analyst – Incident Management
3-6 years of experience in Major Incident Management
Should have very good knowledge of ITIL and good to have experience in handling Major incidents.
Mandatory to have experience in handling conference calls and possess good communication skills               
6. Project Coordinator
6-9 years of experience in project coordination, Reports, Dashboards, Data Presentation skills
Preferably ITIL background with incident management exposure

Senior Analyst – Analytics | Synchrony Financial

Role Summary/Purpose:
The selected candidate will be part of the Analytics Center of Excellence rolling up to Synchrony Financial India. The candidate will be
responsible for delivering projects end to end with utmost quality, besides this, the candidate will be responsible for talent development & driving thought leadership.

Essential Responsibilities:
Campaign performance measurement
Ad-hoc portfolio analytics, including some mix of Lifecycle, Retention, Vintage, Hit-and-Run, Forecasting
Marketing test design and analysis
Financial services and/or Retail.

Hyderabad

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or any other quantitative streams with 2 – 4 Years of relevant
experience
Solid hands-on working knowledge of SAS, SQL, UNIX and Excel.
Prior experience supporting marketing, retail, financial services, credit
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under aggressive timelines
Ability to glean and form business insights
Clear, proactive communication
