Walk In Interview - Recruitment Executive - HCL

HCL is looking for dynamic individuals for their Talent Acquisition Team with experience in Leadership/Lateral Hiring for IT/ITeS/Captives.

Job Responsibilities would include,

-Managing end to end recruitment lifecycle

-Sourcing profiles from Job Boards as well as active Head Hunting and Social Media Recruitment.

-Scheduling candidates for interview.

-Offer roll out to selected candidates after taking approvals from Hiring Manager and BPHR

-Background verification initiation of offered candidates.

Experience: 2-4 Years preferably from recruitment consulting background

-Should have good domain knowledge in IT/ITeS and knowledge in the emerging technologies like Robotics Automation, AI, Machine Learning, etc.

-Excellent Communication skills and go getter attitude.
