Educational Qualification: Any Graduate \Post Graduate (10+2+3/4 Years of regular).

Skills: 

Automation Testing with UFT/QTP using VB Scripting
Should have good understanding of STLC phases
Should have worked on HP - QC/ALM
2.5+ Years of Automation testing QTP(Tool) with Descriptive programming using VB Scripting(mandatory)
Should have good communication to speak to client stakeholders and openness to work for UK shifts


Responsibilities: 

Update existing tests/Create new tests in the automation test suite (using QTP).
Write test planning documentation from requirements specifications.
Review all testing documents and other test-related documentation.
Assist in implementation of the overall testing strategy.
Ensure that quality standards are adhered to during the development of products.
Add new tests and expand the automation test suite.
Collect and create test data for functional and non-functional testing.
Run functional and non-functional tests.
Liaise with developers during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Provide estimates for test activities using respective estimation models such as SMC/TUEM.

Kindly note: Not looking for any Manual/functional testing profiles. This is for Automation testing with QTP/UFT only.

Job Description:

Position Objective:

The candidate will be responsible as Techno functional resource of team for maintaining the existing framework and update the framework with new enhancemenets ,run regression through automation and debug issues. Candidate is also expected to coordinate with onshore/offshore teams.

Roles and responsibilities:

Understanding testing principles and practices
Good experience in SQL & Unix
Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases
Good automation exposure in Selenium (java) & QTP(VB Scritpint).
Worked on different frameworks.
Hands on experience on Quality Center Usage 
Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams 
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills
