Job Title : National Head: Business Correspondent

Role: Business Correspondents are the representatives of Ujjivan who will be responsible for building awareness, sourcing prospective customers and will also be responsible for carrying out banking transactions for existing customers.

Job Summary:

• Establish the business correspondent network of the bank to achieve the bank's vision of 'being accessible to customers within 15 minutes of walking distance'
• Accountable for profitability and sustainability of BC channel; design initiatives to continuously upgrade partnership quality and deliver superior customer service
• Effective stakeholder management with;
• ainternal business users to create awareness of contact points and b) Corporate BCs to mitigate risks, optimize costs and ensure overall effectiveness of the channel for transactions, value add services and financial literacy to customers
• Conduct periodic reviews of Regional BC heads to track performance/C-sat levels of BC agencies in respective regions.

Qualification: 

• Post-Graduate in Commerce / Business / Economics or related subjects with analytical skills and familiarity with systems.

Experience Required: 

• 10-14 years of experience; preferably in FMCG / Telecom / Banking with exposure to large scale agency management for mass market, and a proven track record Should have experience in end to end vendor management; ability to drive profitability and delivery metrics

Competencies Required:

• Experience in business correspondent/agency management
• Experience in driving customer usage and customer transactions in banking channels
• Working knowledge/ experience in transaction monitoring and reconciliation
• Vendor Management
• Knowledge of sales force / distribution channel management
• Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements of agency management
• Working knowledge/experience in related technologies.
