Windows server and ESX Vmware admin JD:

Minimum Total Year of Experience required 6+

Minimum Total Year of Experience in desired Technology: 4+

Duration of Engagement required 1 Year

• Support and troubleshoot windows server issues related to operating system

• Support and troubleshoot VMWare issues, escalate to product support team wherever necessary

• Provisioning and de-provisioning virtual machines using pre-defined VM template, customization profiles and provide specifications upon request.

• Manage physical servers.

• ESX device administration.

• Install, configure and manage network printers/servers, file servers, backup.

• OS patching.

• Windows servers refresh.

• Change management.

• Analyzing OS logs and provide root-cause

• Provide on-call support during off business hours.).

• Detect and record incident tickets through events or user interactions.

• Categorize to correctly identify incident ticket for routing and reporting

• Escalate incidents to ensure timely resolution

• provide daily morning system availability reporting before start of business day.

• User interaction across locations during incident resolution period.
