Job Location:
Mumbai, Maharashtra
Your role:
Monitor Emails/Chats/Calls taken by customer care associates
Compile audit results and give
Take feedback sessions and refresher trainings for the associates
MUST Have:
Work on Quality and Training modules for process improvements
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with the audit sheet (Critical/non critical error)
Working knowledge in data analysis
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
Bonus:
Being a die-hard Cricket and/or Football Fan
Worked previously
Knowledge of one or more regional languages
Acquired Green belt
