Brief description :
We are looking for
Business Analyst with 4-6 years of hands on experience in the field, familiar with relational database concepts, SAAS, web & mobile application development. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum, waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities:
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Performing requirements analysis, documenting and effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members, Clients and management
Prepare SRS, Wireframes, Mind maps, Use Case diagrams, user stories etc.
Work with the development team in all sprint ceremonies, clarify the queries and bridge the gap between client and the team
Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Review /Research
bench mark products/solutions and gather ideas to design new solutions in
variety of functional areas/domains
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Staying up-to-date
on the latest
process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study and relevant 4-6 years of work experience
Capability to discuss with clients, conceive the project in full depth and convert the requirements into visual representations and documents
Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
