Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess the customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures and adhere to guidelines and policies.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Go the extra mile to engage with customers.
Preferred skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Computer Knowledge, familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Written and oral English skills; strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Customer Services experience in a bank a plus.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Bilingual is a plus (Excellent command of the English language, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian are a plus)
- High school degree
