Business Developement Executive / Customer Relation Executive

  • A utility player, willing to find resolutions to customer issues.

  • You're innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
  • You have exceptional writing skills and can craft everything from emails and blog posts to policies and summaries, easily adjusting your tone/voice accordingly.
  • Graceful. You are self aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails. You'll humbly be the voice of Eleiss.
  • You're a fun charismatic people person who can talk to anyone; you're flexible, fearless, and excited.

Responsibilites

  • You'll be tasked with inspiring a large user base to share the Eleiss experience. You'll have great opportunities to develop & foster various skill sets:
  • Identifying and generating new leads.
  • Sales & marketing of products of Eleiss
  • Following up on prospective clients and do marketing of company products
  • Collecting, storing and daily reporting of key information for the Business from the clients.
  • Generate sales report and sales data to tap potential market and clients.
  • Able to maintain long term relation with prospective clients, big groups and key persons in the industry.
  • Will actively part of the team who implement strategy of the company on the ground.
  • Person must have to achieve define target by the organisation.
  • Develop complex brand and event partnerships.
  • Manage communications.
  • Identify and engage with community.
  • Monitor Twitter, Facebook & other relevant sites and actively.
  • Participate in discussions across communities & social networks.
  • Spread the Eleiss brand through creating exciting blog & social web content.

Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing, brand management or public relations.
  • Successfully executed business development opportunities and negotiating partnerships.
  • Have weathered an early startup environment.
  • Robust/active online presence and familiarity with social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Wordpress, etc.)
  • Solid writing background; experience blogging and/or editing
  • Support background a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

Education

  • Graduate from a recognized university.

Salary

  • INR 1.5L to 2.5L + sales incentive
