Position: - IT Production Support

Experience: - 2 to 5years

Work location: - TVH Belicia Towers, MRC Nagar, Chennai

•             Exp – 2 to 5 years with a budget from 2 to 5 LPA as their current.

• Mobile / Web Apps - Android, Ang JS, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS3, iOS

•             RDBMS – Oracle, SQL server, MySQL platforms with good hands on experience in writing SQL queries, checking database information / tables for system of records, writing stored procedures, packages, functions

•             Strong debugging skills with ability to find root cause and implement resolutions quickly

•             Excellent exposure to production support process – primarily, incident management, change management, defect analysis and fixes

•             Hands on experience with very good programming skills in above technologies is desirable for any quick changes to be handled at L3 level

•             Exposure to support tools like TSRM, Tech Online etc. are added advantage

•             Exposure to products / platforms like Finacle (CBS, OCH, Treasury, FAS etc.), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), CRM Next, DSM etc. is excellent value add
