Education : BE, B. Tech EEE, E&I, ECE
Experience : 2 to 4 Yrs of Experience
Industry : EMS Industry

·      cable harness division for NPD and quotations. Should demonstrate sound understanding of cable harnessing and should have handled developments for OEMs in his current employment.
·      Should have a design understanding and should interpret build to spec drawings from customer. Should have experience in quotations to arrive at Lab our time, Capital costs and accurate BOM
·      Should have exposure to an APQP, PF MEA environment
·      Sound interpretations of cable drawings
·      Technical insight into all special processes associating with cable harnessing
·      Should have good communication skills as he will be representing Avalon upfront in NPI’s and quotation.
·      Knowledge on PPAP

Position - Electronics Engineer

Educational Qualification - BE/BTech in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics.

Experience - 3yrs - 7yrs

Key Responsibilities :

*To Design Electronic circuits using Embedded programming and Power electronics
*To draft the Circuits in PCAD or Altium
*To Generate BOM and work out cost estimation
*To Procure Electronic parts, assembling and testing.
*Test Rig set up and to conduct Endurance & Accelerated tests
*To do FMEA and prepare DVP for the given project
*Instrumentation both in house and vehicle & to carry out testing
*Conduct Environmental testing for ECU as per the given standard
*To support the customer during Product Validation in Vehicle
*Attending Customer complaints and to take corrective action
*To interact with Cross functional teams & vendors, based on the requirements.
