Job Description : 

1. Develop a business plan to grow the business keeping in mind the objective set for the location.
2. Plan and implement the sales management process viz. calls, productivity, number of relationship maintained etc.
3. Ensure the customer related queries and concerns are addressed appropriately in the shortest span of time.
4. Ensure all the key accounts are adequately served.
5. Ensure the team is well informed, guided and motivated to achieve the objective set.
6. Identify the development need of the sales team and coach and guide them as required.
7. Ensure consistent feedback to sales team on their overall performance.
