Job Title:
Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager

Functional Competencies:
Responsible for inventory movement like Receipt and Issuing of material And return of material as per ISO 9001 procedure.
Responsible for Min-Max order level.Negotiation and Managing the purchase Of Min-Max order at right time,right cost & from right supplier.
Identification and Traceability System for components stored in different parts of Store for easy accessibility and improvement in productivity of Store work force. 
Effectively handled the cycle counting system of components introduce to bring effective check on stock accuracy.
Supervised the system for identification of slow moving and dead stock items put in place to bring all such items on surface on quarterly basis to avoid write off at the end of year.
Maintained daily counting and monthly reconciliation of all precious cargo Items introduced to arrest theft and pilferage of theft prone items
Coordinating with project manager & planning dept for material procurement planning & to maintain the minimum order level for bulk materials.
Coordinating with purchase department at Head Office to facilitate the Process of purchase against high value items request from site.
Evaluation of internal control systems for carrying out Internal / Statutory/ Tax Audits Audit.
Planned and implemented inventory and stores management strategies.
Responsible for house keeping and repaired materials.
