Job description Staff Analyst
Must have 5-8 years of experience in NPI Development in semiconductors based industry
Understand complete product specifications and company standards and, verifying the same in the finished product.
Building and implementing production testing tools, labelling systems and software loading stations
Confirming the product before it goes for manufacturing
Checking the quality of the product and identifying the error or faults.
Quoting production costs and expenses and presenting to the management
Training production team on the pros and cons of the product launch
Providing feedback about the finished product and recommendations to the Development team.
Good communication skills and must be a team player to work across crossfunctional projects across time-zones and locations.
Should be a roll-up-the sleeves, trouble-shooter with ability to multi-task
Must have knowledge on hardware development process.
Having knowledge on Production PLM (Product Like cycle Management) like Arena will he
Verification EOL, ROHS3 of all parts along with design team, Work with Dev team for Component engineering and make sure that production BOM will got get EOL parts and dev team will have resolution before having EOL
Using common Footprint and parts across all design so that CM can buy the components in bulk that will reduce overall cost of the Product
BOM Optimization for NPI and Production
Able on involved in Hardware design activities to support Hardware engineers.
