Education: MBA HR/equivalentExperience: 8 plus years of Talent Acquisition partnering experience in branch cum bulk hiring experience in leading Bank/Insurance/NBFC
Job Description:
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future
- Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles
- Establish and help to create a brand value to attract a Talent pool from the market.
- Analysis of the recruitment data across Zone to take corrective actions as deemed appropriate.
- IJP to ensure opportunities for internal talent growth
- Work on specific HR capability building projects as and when required.
- Daily/Weekly/fortnightly/Monthly/Quarterly/half yearly/Annual – periodic reports/presentations/decks.
