. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
. Drive campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions
. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
. Lead employment branding initiatives
. Building and maintaining good relations with educational institutions
. Researching hiring trends and compiling recruitment reports and presentations.
. Prepare job offers and answer queries about compensation and benefits
. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
. Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
.Assist in employee on boarding, retention, and development.
Key Skills required
· Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
· Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and job portals
· Knowledgeable about campus recruiting best practices and benchmarking data
. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
· Knowledge of employment branding initiatives
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Good judge of character, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
