Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in EMS industry specifically back-end operation and customer complaint handling.
- Responsible for verifying product compliance and approving shipments on time, every time.
- Experience in back-end operation such as integration, box build assembly, testing, programming, packing, OQA.
- Should able to handle a team of 25.
- Managing first time/Hourly approval of in process and finished parts.
- Should Manage Process audit, Product audit and other customer specific Validation and audit such as UL and Intertek.
- Actively participate in internal meeting towards solving the issues in assembly/Manufacturing line.
- Conducting Quality review meeting with internal stakeholders and drive for corrective/preventive actions.
- Drive for zero defect culture.
- Review of performance measures and report to management.
- Bringing new ideas to table and drive for continual improvement.
- To identify the training needs of all personnel working in the departments.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, Quality Policy, Company Standards, Regulatory and external standards.
- To Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking.
- Customer complaint Handling : Empathize complaint from customer end and Analyze.
- Conducting internal CFT meeting and arrive corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure that Corrective Actions are implemented and no recurrence.
- Single point contact for communication with customer related to complaints.
- Handling RMA- Issuing RMA, analyze, communicate report to customer and follow for closure.
- Monitoring RMA receipt and control of various customer.
- Facing all kinds of audits such as Internal, external and customer audits.
- Providing data for rejections and cost of poor quality to management.
- Customer score card analysis and drive for improvement.
- Provide support in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective actions on Quality issues at all stages of manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills.
- Expertise in 7QC Tools, PPAP, PFMEA, CP, MSA, APQP, SPC, PFD.
- Customer monthly yield report preparation and submission.
- Should ready to travel across India/Abroad to meet customer/supplier.
- knowledge of the technical aspects of manufacturing and Engineering.
- Knowledge in standards: IPC600, IPC610, IPC620, ISO9001, IATF 16949.
- Knowledge in plastics, Metal, Magnetic s, and powder coating, Cable harness and box build assemblies.
Skills Required
- In process, OQA, Customer complaint management
- Handling QMS, Customer Audit.
Must to have:
- ISO9001, IATF16949, IPC600, IPC10, IPC620, EMS operations.
Good to have:
- Kai zen, Lean, Zero Defect drive.
