Key Responsibility
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for process deployment
- Analyze feedback and provide solutions & recommendations. Channelize them to appropriate stakeholders’ team for enhancement & resolution as required
- Overseeing appraisal, succession planning and feedback
- Bring subject matter expertise in solving pressing business challenges
- Create conducive work environment and ensure voluntary employee compliance.
- Ensuring Employee Satisfaction, Motivation and Reduction in Employee Attrition
Qualification
MBA / MSW in Human Resources from a reputed college.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of post-MBA experience. Maximum 4 years of experience.
Experience in Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
