Job Role: - Business Development Manager

Department: - RMS, Yard Management, Auctions, Evaluation

Location: - Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

1.      First point of contact for new potential clients or existing customers of the Company.

2.      Primary Job responsibilities include managing the existing client relationships, acquiring new clients for an auction listing, and monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure the best possible conversions for respective clients.

3.      Enquiry generation, tender participation, and commercial clearance in the stipulated time.

4.      Participate in offline activities for the improvement of product performance while helping deeper relationships with our clients.

5.      Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships. Bring in additional revenue through new prospects.

6.      Developing Territories & Regions while identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.

7.      Responsible for collaborating with the Head of Development to identify opportunities for RMS, YMS, Evaluations, and Auctions to generate revenue.

8.      Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to generate new business opportunities as well as expand current clients of the Company.

9.      Building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.

10.  Collaborating with people/organizations outside the Development Team to gather business intelligence.

11.  Coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve the revenue margins of the Company.

12.  Responsible to Develop and execute Lead Generation.

13.  Provide Creative business solutions to client needs. – Packaging the Solution for Clients.

14.  Producing reports for management - monthly performance reports

Qualifications & Experience: -           

Education level  -  MBA or Bachelor's degree

Experience         -  7+ Years.       

Specific skills.     -  Vehicle Sales & Marketing
