Looking for R&D Downstream Process Development Biopharma

The candidate should possess
AKTA chromatography systems run and maintenance including AKTA pilot, AKTA pure, AkA purifier, AKTA SMB,
AKA explorers.
Development and scaleup of chromatography processes including capture (Protein A), IEX (Cation, Anion), HIC, Mixed
mode. Staff selected should have a strong theoretical understanding of fundamentals of various types of
chromatography processes.

Filtration methods development and scaleup - includes buffer exchange, microfiltration, dia filtration, concentration
and should be have a strong understanding of fundamentals of filtration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Process scaleup and transfer specialists - Should be able to scaleup/optimise processes done at laboratory scale to
pilot scale and transfer the scaled up processes along with TTD/Methods/BMRs documentation to Manufacturing.
