Designation: Research Scientist
Job Location: Bangalore
Department: BBRC - TM-PSMT
Educational Qualifications: MSc/MTech or similar qualifications in Biochemistry / Biotechnology /CellBiology/Biomedical Sciences/ Life Sciences
Experience: 9-12 years

Technical/functional Skills:
MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
* Sound understanding and hands-on experience with purification of proteins, including mAbs, from multiple sources with trouble-shooting abilities
* Extensive experience with handling of AKTA FPLC systems is absolutely critical
* Experience with structure and function of proteins including antibodies.
* Experience in protein QC analysis.
* Sound leadership and collaborative skills
* Sound technical understanding; Innovative ideas; team player.
* Diligent documentation skills and experience writing detailed Lab Notebooks

DESIRABLE:
* Experience with various biophysical characterization techniques of proteins.
 * Sound knowledge on protein expression.
