Vacancy for HR Recruiter profile(0.6-4years)

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Talent Acquisition Specialist is one who is responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone interviewing & negotiation of compensation packages

2.Sourcing of candidates through various job portals, social media channels like linkedin, Naukri, facebook, instagram

3.Should be good in Mapping/Head hunting

4.Screening the candidates as per the Job description/Assessment parameter and creating panel for interview

5.Interview line-ups, follow ups with candidates, Negotiate on salary, designation and date of joining with candidates

6.Preparing daily candidate MIS and keeping records of interviews and candidate database in Recruitment Management Software
