Role & Responsibilities
Understand the business problem, the context and translate them into product-based solutions that meet the expectations of a potential customer
Define, Design & Configure high-value solutions on the product by understanding the needs and problems of prospects.
Mesmerize the prospects by delivering high impact demos in their language which demonstrates the value of Ospyn’s product offerings
Suggest good inputs & innovative ideas to the R&D Team for the Product improvement and Solutions enhancement
Gain an in-depth knowledge of the Products and Solutions
Stay UpToDate on the upcoming product enhancements and releases
Assess, evaluate and qualify leads
Create high quality and context-specific collaterals like presentations, technical proposals, etc.
Work closely with Sales to ensure successful completion of the sales enablement process
Technical Assistance to Bid management team to respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs understanding the technical & functional aspects of it
Interface with the delivery/project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
Some of the must haves in the profile:
Possess superior presentation skills
1+ years of experience as Presales Engineer
Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
Good analytical skills to align a customer problem with our offerings to build a suitable solution
Good domain knowledge and exposure to different industry verticals like BFSI, e-Governance, etc.
Experience in RFP’s and RFI’s, POCs.
Good relationship-building skills and Problem-solving ability
Good understanding of software development processes and latest technologies
Willingness to travel
Preferred skills
Good to have in the profile:
Experience working with global customers.
Proficiency in regional languages like Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, etc. in addition to English
Experience in working on a product or in a product company
MS-Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint] Proficiency
