Job Description:
·      Market research & intelligence in recruitment industry
·      Map the current technologies Vs Talent availability Vs Candidate availability Vs Geographic Locations
·      Conduct compensation survey for different technologies and industries
·      To work on resource expansion proposals with multiple corporate talent acquisition leaders
·      Develop a proposal for industry wise resource demands (Fresher to CEO/COO/CTO/VP levels)
·      Create gauging report for resource conventional skills Vs required skills to run a business
·      Good communication and presentation skills, detail-oriented, and out of box thinker
