Understand the requirement of clients
Source the candidates from Job portals, other social media and references
Ensure the closure of the position
Arrange interviews with candidates and do a strong follow up
Regular follow up with candidates and give regular feedback to them
Negotiation with candidates
Help candidates to submit all required documents and complete all formalities before joining
