 We are looking for Executive- Human Resource (Talent Acquisition) for Shalby Hospital Jaipur.

Candidate must have experience in hospital/healthcare recruitment.


Qualification: MBA HR/PGDHRM/MSW (full time)

Salary : negotiable

Experience : Minimum 2 years experience of talent acquisition in hospital/healthcare is mandatory.

⦁ Responsible for talent acquisition for all departments at the unit as per the staffing need and budget .
⦁ Screening resumes, sourcing and hiring the most suitable candidate using a variety of search methods.
⦁ Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
⦁ Administering appropriate company assessments
⦁ Performing reference and background checks
⦁ Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
⦁ Following up on the interview process status
⦁ Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
⦁ Ensure smooth Induction & On-boarding of new joiners.
⦁ Responsible for maintaining MIS & data.
⦁ Completing timely reports on employment activity
⦁ Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
