 Byjus is hiring for Recruitment Associate

 Qualification : MBA in HR Post Graduates only (2021 as Year of Passing can also be considered) else Prior Recruitment experience.

Your role with us as a Recruitment Associate, will be to develop the sales infrastructure through Recruitment.

Your spectrum of responsibility on a daily basis will include:
-Sourcing of Candidates
-Screening (on-call and on video)
-Shortlisting | Join Telegram @Chennai_jobs 
-Handling and following up on further rounds of Interview
-Initiation of Offer Processing
-Offer release supervision
-Joining of Candidate


CTC : INR 400000 (Fixed) + INR 200000 (Variable)
Work Location: Bangalore Head Office, India
Working Days: 6 day work week
