Job Description :
Quality experience in Cost management, GST, System adherence, Cash flow management with high capabilities of improving Risk Management and financial Controls. Should have proven experience of advising the Board on business fundamentals and growth strategy for transformation of businesses by improving profitability. A person with proven track of implementing fundamentals of corporate governance , financial reporting and regulatory compliance, team building and ensuring system adherence. He should have been the face of the organisation dealing with ease with investors , stakeholders as well as bankers
