Roles and responsibilities :
Brief description :
The support personnel should perform the Management of Real-Time Rig/Well data at customer location.
Visualization of Real-Time and Historical Rig/Well data.
Provisioning and support of Well Advisor (WA) consoles including model data management (import/export), WA agent configuration, WA visualization displays (consoles templates), WA job preparations.
System configuration and setup of new rigs and wells (includes leading the collaboration with data service providers, Baker Hughes’s support groups and other 3rd party data providers as specified).
Participate in upgrades and new deployment activities as required.
Support system administration and configuration for all SiteCom Suite applications (SiteCom core, WLRT and Well Advisor) as well as help with system configuration changes and implementation.

Experience: Minimum 1 year
Qualification: Degree
Experience in deploying and configuring Web-based systems.
Working skills in the supporting technologies including MS Server 2016 and above, IIS, Office 365, MS Messaging Queue, and SQL 2016 and above.
Candidate with the WITSML knowledge is preferred.
Good communication/writing skills to interact with rig operators, subsurface, drilling engineering teams, IT&S, and other disciplines.
Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment.
